THAILAND
We currently offer domestic shipping within Thailand only.
SINGAPORE
For orders within Singapore, custom delivery can be arranged. If you would like to order from Singapore, please reach out to us via our social channels, or email at velyseparfums@gmail.com
INTERNATIONAL
We do not ship internationally at this time.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
SHIPPING TIME & COSTS- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Shipping Fee: ฿80 (Free shipping for orders above ฿2,000)
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand periods.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as lost or delayed packages, please contact our support team at velyseparfums@gmail.com with your order details. -
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Velyse purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
INITIATE A RETURN- Contact our customer support team at velyseparfums@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
REFUND PROCESS- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued via the original payment method.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMSIf you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
